Hi, My name is Andy - The Jedi Baker
I discovered my love for baking later in life, and it has since become one of my greatest passions. What started as a hobby quickly grew into something more, as I realised how much joy it brought not only to me but to those around me. There’s something incredibly rewarding about creating something from scratch, turning simple ingredients into delicious cakes and treats that bring smiles to people’s faces.
For me, baking is more than just a skill—it's a way to relax and unwind. The process of measuring, mixing, and decorating is like therapy, allowing me to slow down and focus on the joy of creating something beautiful. My 4-year-old, Logan, shares my love of cakes, and having them by my side, eager to taste each creation, only makes it more special. This shared love of baking has inspired me to turn this passion into a business, so I can bring that same happiness to others through my work.
I take pride in every cake I bake, striving for perfection with every batch. Whether it’s a birthday cake, cupcakes for a party, or something special for a family celebration, I approach every project with the same enthusiasm and care. Baking may have come to me later in life, but it’s now a central part of who I am, and I’m thrilled to share my creations with my community.
