What types of baked goods do you offer?

I offer a wide variety of delicious baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and other sweet treats. I specialise in custom cakes for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! I love creating custom cakes and baked goods tailored to your preferences. Whether it’s a specific flavour, theme, or design, I’ll work with you to make your vision a reality. Contact me to discuss your ideas.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

I strive to accommodate dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan options. However, please note that all of our baked goods are made in a kitchen that handles allergens, so we cannot guarantee cross-contamination. If you have specific allergies, please let me know when placing your order.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For standard orders (like cookies and cupcakes), I recommend placing your order at least 7 days in advance. For custom cakes and large orders, I recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance, depending on the complexity of the design.

How do I store my cakes or baked goods?

Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place, and consumed within 72 hours. Cookies and cupcakes can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days. If you're not planning to eat your cake on the same day, let me know, and I’ll provide specific instructions for storage.

Do you offer delivery, or is it pick-up only?

I offer both pick-up and delivery services! Delivery is available within certain areas for an additional fee. Please provide your address during checkout to see if delivery is available to your location. Pick-up is free and available from my home bakery.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Currently, I do not offer same-day delivery. All orders are baked fresh, and I require adequate time to prepare and package your items to ensure the highest quality.

Do you ship your baked goods?

At this time, I do not ship my cakes or cupcakes, but I can offer shipping for select items such as cookies and brownies. Please check the product description to see which items are available for shipping.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

I understand that plans can change! For standard orders, you can make adjustments up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up time. For custom orders, changes must be made at least 1 week in advance. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as online payment methods such as PayPal. Payment is required at the time of placing your order.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Due to the perishable nature of my products, I cannot offer refunds once the items have been made or delivered. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery to receive a full refund. Custom orders require a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice for cancellation.
